Can I Cancel my appointment?
You are entitled to get your money back if you cancel your appointment within 48hours. Anything before that we will not refund your deposit money back. If you would like to reschedule we need to be informed within 48hours
How do I pick my physio?
We will match you with the highest quality physio at the time available. You have the option to choose a male or female therapist if you have a preference, but are not able to select the exact therapist that you’d like.
Can I rebook with the same therapist?
Yes, absolutely! After your first appointment with a therapist you’ll be able to do so. Just email the team we will definitely fulfil your requirements
How Much Clothing Should I Remove?
Feel free to undress to your level of comfort. If you’d prefer to leave on undergarments, be our guest. If you feel more comfortable nude, you may undress completely and position your body under the sheet. Therapists are trained to properly drape your body to protect your modesty and theirs.

How do we pick physiotherapists?
We’re very careful about the physiotherapist we select to join the network. We make sure that physiotherapist are fully licensed and certified in their practice area. We also verify they are insured by a reputable firm that is well known in the industry (In the UK this would be the CSP). We accept only the highest quality therapists, with only about 1/3 of applicants being accepted on the network.
We look for physiotherapist with a minimum of two year’s experience . To successfully pass a background check conducted by our before being deemed safe to work with the public.
All of the physiotherapist have the highest level of integrity and professionalism. In return, we expect all clients to reciprocate the same level of respect and conduct.
