Please ensure you are guided by your insurance company when booking your Physiotherapy appointment. For example, some companies require you to visit your GP first and get a referral. We will need your membership and authorisation number. Ultimately it is your responsibility to make certain you are covered for the cost of your Physiotherapy sessions. Please find out if there are any limitations on your policy and if you are required to pay us an excess.
